Innovatively designed and built by Harry Newitt, Desert Rose consists of 2 wings. The first has 3 double bedrooms two bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen and large T.V. Lounge which leads onto the covered patio ,bar and pool deck through attractive glass doors. The second wing has two double bedrooms, bathroom, and a small kitchen. We call this wing the Master Suite, with its own private access from the patio.



The main house and master bedroom suite are cleverly designed around the swimming pool, which includes a spa style area with seating at one end and a shower at the other.

The swimming pool catches the sun all day long and late into the afternoon, providing a perfect spot for soaking up the Caribbean sun and the covered terrace with multiple ceiling fans provides a cool, relaxed and shady spot for dining, entertaining or simply enjoying a good book.

The pool and terrace areas are surrounded by tasteful pillars and an abundant display of tropical plants and flowers providing an idyllic haven of relaxed tranquillity by day and a magical lighted spectacle by night.

The layout of the property is designed to be a flexible holiday home, which caters to couples, both small and large families with or without children and large groups. The 2-bedroom cottage, master bedroom suite or main 3-bedroom house can each be rented separately or all together.

This wonderful property is completely enclosed and includes iron gates and ample parking within the courtyard area at the front of the house.

The main house include a maid as well as satellite TV, linen, ceiling fans, air conditioning and exclusive use of swimming pool with bar and entertainment facilities. Guests also have free access to the Baku beach club with pool and beach bar, which is a short walk away.

The main house has been tastefully furnished; include all fixtures / fittings and equipment and the attention to detail and quality of the building / finishes are second to none.
